Gel Blaster Replacement Process

If your product is damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge within the 90-day warranty period. In case of a malfunction, we may request additional information to troubleshoot with you, such as videos illustrating the issue. Sometimes, we might ask for the product to be returned for further inspection by our engineers and to implement improvements. Please use this link to get the replacement process started.

Gel Blaster Refund Process

If you decide Gel Blaster is not the right fit for you, returning your unused product for a full refund is an option. You will need your proof of purchase and the product in its entirety. To initiate a refund, please email us at support@gelblaster.com or call us at 1-844 GELLETS (1 844 435 5387) and a Customer Support Specialist will provide you instructions on how to get started with the process. Once we have received that product back a refund will be issued to you.

If you bought your product from one of our authorized retailers and wish to return or replace it, please follow the Return Process mentioned above, and we will take care of you. Note that this applies to faulty product replacement requests within our 90-day quality product warranty period.
